Chester Labs Soft-Pak Division provides horizontal form fill and seal and vertical form fill and seal type liquid pouch filling services.  We serve the pharmaceutical, medical, personal care, and cosmetic markets.  Our FDA Registered facility specializes in producing four side seal pouches on either high speed vertical or horizontal production equipment for form fill seal applications. The flexible packaging operation has the ability to run laminated pouch style films provided by our approved sources, our the customer may choose to provide supply the materials.  Either way, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate materials for a quality and cost effective approach for your needs.

Capabilities:
The Soft-Pak division specializes in liquid fill pouch filling and form fill seal contract packaging.  We produce four side seal pouches, with fill amounts ranging in size from 1 gram up to 60 grams (2.0 net fill).  Product viscosities range from free flowing liquids to viscous creams and gels. Minimum order quantity begins at 100,000 pouch units, with the capability to support millions of units per order.  We are flexible with production trials and will work with you to meet start-up marketing programs and qualification trials.  Production lead time is can be as short as 4-6 weeks depending on selected films and other criteria.  Please call our office for more details.
