Pharmasol is a full service liquid filling contract manufacturing and filling company.  We specialize in filling aerosols, bag on valve type products, bottles, jars, and various pump spray configurations.  Our qualifications include: cGMP compliance, FDA and EPA registration, and maintain minority supplier certification status.  We primarily fill pharmaceuticals, personal, and cosmetic products.  Additionally, we provide labeling, packaging, bundle-wrapping, and inherent post-filling and promotional requirements.  Minimum order quantities begin at 50,000 units, with capacity to manage run sizes in 25 million+ range.   

Capabilities:
Pharmasol specializes in liquid filling associated with aerosols, aerosol foams, aerosol gels, inhalants, bag on valve production, and bottle filling of creams, lotions, gels, and ointments.   We offer turnkey batching and production services.  Our batching equipment consists of stainless steel vessels ranging in size from 50 gallons ups to 5000 gallons, with heating/ cooling, rotating mixers, side sweeps and agitation.  We are capable of producing large volume batches and multi-emulsion production of complex formulas.  Our production areas are include  segregated production rooms, and pharmaceutical production room with hepa filtration air control.

In-line and rotary high speed equipment is used for efficient production.  Stainless tanks, rotating side sweeps, lightening mixers, heating & cooling, small to large volume production equipment, lab sampling and testing.
